Welcome to West End - Beltline
A revitalized loop of trendy urban neighborhoods where Atlanta comes together
Encircling some of Atlanta’s best neighborhoods, including this historic West End, the Atlanta Beltline is a 26-mile loop surrounding inner Atlanta. Along the Beltline, urban areas have been revitalized with trendy restaurants and unique boutiques, and most of the neighborhoods emanate a hip, sophisticated vibe. Homes are fabulously rehabilitated and restored, and the energetic, bustling atmosphere is melded well with a sense of emerging luxury.
West End, in particular, is one neighborhood along the Beltline whose diversity, community engagement, and convivial identity allow it to truly shine. West End is adjacent to some of Atlanta’s top colleges, including Morehead and Spelman Colleges. Its proximity to downtown Atlanta makes it a great location to commute from and work.
A mix of burgeoning vitality and old historic charm, West End is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has residential housing that spans many aesthetics. The homes here are packed with character and range from chic 1920s bungalows to completely renovated Craftsman homes and upscale condos.
