Welcome to Fayetteville - Trilith Studios
Newly developed idyllic neighborhoods inside a gorgeous Atlanta suburb
Nested inside the outer edges of Fayetteville, the unprecedented residential work-live development of Trilith Studios—formerly Pinewood Studios—is a 234 acre, European-inspired town based around the entertainment studios of the same name. Peaceful and private neighborhoods make up this self-sustaining area, which is about 30 minutes south of Atlanta.
New and growing, Trilith is known for its combinations of large homesites, luxury housing, great communities, and sustainable building practices. It’s one of the world’s largest geothermal communities, meaning that homes here get their energy from sources directly underground. Park spaces and a community pool and stage are just a few of the amenities here, and Trilith also has several “micro villages” that encourage residents to foster a strong sense of community and connection to nature.
Since Trilith is up-and-coming, its residential options consist entirely of new-builds in varying sizes and styles. From the French Provincial aesthetic of an in-progress micro village to the sweeping grandeur of the larger estate areas, each design by architect Lew Oliver is meant to convey a unique appeal. Homes are custom, and residents can be involved in the designer-lead process of deciding facets of the house such as natural light and window placement, floor plans, and more.

People & Lifestyle
Everything in Trilith has been planned with care. From the in-house landscaping team that takes care of your small courtyard, the well-designed community gathering spots, or the net-zero energy consumption plan of the entire neighborhood, residents can rest assured that their neighborhood is built to be the best. It’s a community of artists and storytellers, many of which work at the nearby Trilith Studios.
Dining, Shopping, & Entertainment
Trilith has a carefully curated selection of
shops and restaurants on-site, many of which are still in the process of being built. In the meantime, Fayetteville itself offers an assortment of exciting shops and eats like the commercial area in and around the Fayetteville Pavilion. Housing stores such as
Target,
Marshalls, and ample apparel retailers, the Pavilion is a one-stop shop for your day-to-day needs.
Popular dining establishments in Fayetteville cover a range of cuisines and vary from fast-casual to fine dining. Set inside a former mill,
Frank’s at the Old Mill has Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and an impressive wine menu that perfectly complements the old-world environment.
Tex-Mex gets elevated at
Twisted Taco, and diners will find it nearly impossible to choose from the over 20 taco options. The restaurant is dedicated to sustainable service and ethical sourcing of ingredients and is proud to have a reputation for its green practices and signature, hand-crafted margaritas. As an exceptional Fayetteville dining experience, residents can opt to get their meals to go and head to the Starrs Mill Waterfall for a peaceful, scenic picnic opportunity.
